Sole Los Angeles at the moment doesn't offer any refunds or returns however store credit can be issued upon claim review or order inaccurately fulfilled.
Does Sole Los Angeles offer clothing exchanges ?
Due to Covid-19 policies, Sole Los Angeles can only offer exchanges for any garments unused and tagged in Los Angeles within 14 Business Days. No white clothing is eligible for a return or exchange unless package seal is unbroken. We are very sorry for the delicate policy but we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our clients and sanitation of our store.
Does Sole LA cover shipping costs for returns?
Sole Los Angeles does not cover any shipping costs unless return package is sent to customer.
What items don't qualify for a return?
All items purchased during a clearance sale, final sale, or flash sale do not qualify for a return but can qualify for store credit if return claim is approved.

All bodysuits, bathing suits, accessories, and white clothing pieces are excluded from an exchange.
If I'm missing an item or my items arrived damaged, what can I do?
Not to worry, please email us solelacustomerservice@gmail.com with attached photos of your packaging and receipt to create a claim for your purchase. Claim must be done within 7 days of delivery.
